Oh, so busy!

I feel like I haven't blogged in 'forever', oh, I haven't!

Since I've blogged last. . .

We (Jeff, Missa, and myself) took a trip back to Cleveland to visit with the fam and attend my family reunion. We had a great time. The weather was in our favor except for reunion day. It stormed HARD and the kids got to play in the puddles. Here are some of our pics.

This week, trying to get work done but people keep coming in asking for things. WHAT? Can't they see I'm busy and trying to get out of here. ;o)

This week, we take our last and final trip of the summer. San Diego for all of us including Jeff's girlfriend, Jesse. We are going to go see Shamu and friends and take a trip to the ocean, and go and see Uncle Shannon race in the CORR Off Road Series. You didn't think we were taking a trip out of town (including my DH) and not attending an off road function, did you? HA!

We are looking forward to the weekend and the cooler weather.

Then back to the furnace and my surgery is scheduled for Tuesday.

This picture makes me smile and forget THAT BRENT IS AN ASS! Yes, I am still reeling from our encounter, but I'm using my aggression to do good things.

I managed to get us all packed for our trip tomorrow. Yeh! We are headed to Cleveland for 7 days. Not a long weekend, but 7 days. First week off I've had (besides having babies) in almost 8 years.

I baked two loaves of bread, fed and played with kids. We did lots of pee-pee pottys and printed our boarding passes. ;o) I'm looking forward to only 2 of 3 kids. (sorry Mister)

I'm tired and frustrated

Why do I talk and feel like people are looking at me like I sound like the Peanuts teacher?

Brent is an ass, I'm tired of feeling like I have to defend myself when I know I'm doing the right thing. Brent is an ass!

My kids are tiring. The boys don't stop whining. I feel like I'm constantly on them and nothing is getting any better. I know that isn't true, but that's how I feel right now. Max is doing great, Jeff I'm working on and quite fearful that he won't ever hold down a job or be able to make enough of a living to put a roof over his head, feed himself and pay for a car to get to work.

Did I mention that Brent is an ass? So big of one that I could have ripped his hair out of his head if he had any.

Ok, I need to go bathe my kids now.

Tired Before the Fun Begins

Ok, I haven't blogged in almost a week. It's been a bad "ADD" week for me. I'm sure it was the pizza, ice cream, and the lack of good nutrition. I managed to get thru work today. YEAH! I also got two weeks worth of church bulletins done, folded and packaged for one of my church sisters to deliver for me. Whew!

So tomorrow a.m., the 4 of us (Jeff's at his dad's) are headed to Pinetop, AZ for 2 nights. Ooh, cool weather, gorgeous green trees. My kids haven't ever seen trees like that. We are meeting some friends to share a cabin for the patriotic weekend.

So, my love and prayers go out to you all on this crazy, hectic weekend. Stay safe, enjoy the extra day off and say a prayer for a soldier who helps defend our free country.
